My Niche
My clients are men and women in their late 20’s to mid 30’s. They are experiencing challenges in their current relationships; dating, marriage and family. They are in pain and do not know how to relieve it.
Using the IFP modality and effective techniques, I help my clients get to the cause of their pain and move through it to bring relief and healing, allowing for satisfying and strong relationships.
My Credentials
Every Life Coach comes to the client with their training, wisdom, and experience from the field. My formal training was done through Symbiosis Coaching, an ICF and CCA accredited coaching program where I received certification as a Life Coach. In addition, I received training in the IFP modality of therapy which is highly effective in moving through suppressed feelings to allow for emotional healing and healthy relationships. I gained much wisdom from my Torah Teachers who taught and exemplified the majesty and brilliance of Torah. I received Semicha (Rabbinic ordination) from Harav Yitzchok Berkovits of The Jerusalem Kollel. I spent the past 16 years as a teacher and Congregational Rabbi counseling, coaching, and guiding young men and women.
How I came to Life Coaching
I began my career as a Rebbe (Teacher) in a Jewish High School. I liked the classroom and the lively give and take of teaching. What I really enjoyed was the personal connections with students who would come over on Shabbos afternoon to schmooze and explore questions and issues of life. Following that, I became a Congregational Rabbi. It was a privilege to lead our families and individuals to new vistas in their spiritual life. I thoroughly enjoyed forging relationships and engaging with people about life matters. I was especially at home connecting with our members in their 20’s and 30’s. From time to time I would come across little scraps of paper hidden away in messy drawers I had written earlier in life with names of coaching programs, numbers, and other details. One day I acted on those earlier musings of a career I was destined to do. And the rest is my present.
